Ningxia Jiate Carbon Black
Adopting the peculiar method and quality materials from Ningxia and Inner Mongolia, we produce quality Jiate Carbon Black, whose performances can meet or even exceed the national standard of China; therefore, Jiate Carbon Black is hard to produce.
N220: It has low particle diameter, good reinforcing property, good wear resistance; smooth surface, low heat production, high surface activity.
N234: 10% higher wear resistance than N220, good wear resistance. Mainly used in high-speed
tire
tread and rubber products.
N326: Has fairly high tensile strength,
tear strength
and wear resistance. It is mainly used in tire tread requiring high strength and low heat production.
N330: Good reinforcing property to rubbers, more mileage than normal or low-structure carbon black; higher heat production. Used in
tire sidewall.
N339: Its reinforcing property, wear resistance is near to those of N220; especially suitable for the
Styrene- Butadiene Rubber
and
cis-1,4-Polybutadiene rubber
system.
N375: Similar to N339, but has slightly lower heat production. Mainly used in the tire tread of saloon sedan etc.
N550: It is a
high-structured carbon black used in the tire body and tire sidewalls. It is used together with
N660 for filling. We spent several years on the development of Jiate Carbon Black, which now are the key products of our company. N660: Average particle diameter is 49- 60, strong cohesive force, good flex fatigue resistance, good processability; it has fairly high tensile strength, high elasticity and low heat production etc. It is suitable for the tire sidewalls, tube tyre, buffer layer tire etc. It is also used in non-tire rubber, such as
pigments, printing ink, paper and plastics etc. |
